AgeOptions – The Area Agency on Aging of Suburban Cook County, Illinois
AgeOptions plans, coordinates, develops and funds a range of community-based services, and advocates on behalf of older persons in the Cook County (Chicago) suburbs. We are committed to improving the quality of life and maintaining the dignity of older persons.

A nonprofit organization, AgeOptions has served older adults and their families throughout suburban Cook County since 1974. As part of a nationwide service network, AgeOptions is
designated by the Illinois Department on Aging to plan, coordinate, develop and support services in the 30 townships surrounding the city of Chicago.
Our service area includes more than 2.5 million people, including more than 460,000 older adults in 130 communities. AgeOptions served 201,487 older adults in 2011.
