Census Forms

Most households will receive an English language Census form. However, for the first time in 2010, the Census Bureau will mail bilingual Census forms (English and Spanish) directly to 13 million households.

Census forms in Spanish, Chinese, Korean, Vietnamese and Russian are available upon request by:

• Calling the phone number on the back of the English form
• Requesting a form in person at a local Questionnaire Assistance Center (Note: These locations will be announced by the Census Bureau in 2010)

In-Language Assistance

The Census Bureau has created Language Assistance Guides in 59 different languages and large print. These guides are available on the Census Bureau web site and will be available at local Questionnaire Assistance Centers.
