Area Plan on Aging Public Information Document FY 2025
AgeOptions, the Area Agency on Aging for suburban Cook County, is conducting two in-person public hearings and one virtual public hearing on the suburban Cook County Area Plan on Aging for Fiscal Year 2025. The public is welcome and encouraged to discuss and comment on the Plan.
The Area Plan on Aging Public Information Document FY 2025 outlines how AgeOptions will provide programs, services, and advocacy for older adults, their families, and caregivers. A planning, management, and grant award document, it encompasses service delivery plans and priority issues over a three-year period.
