Empowering people to thrive as they age.

Meals and Nutrition Services

Home-delivered meals and community dining programs provide nutritious meals for older adults.

Most AgeOptions congregate dining sites are now re-opened for in-person dining.  All sites offer To-Go meals.  See schedule for days and times. Please click here for meal pick-up information.

Home-delivered meals provide nutritious meals to older adults who are homebound and unable to shop for groceries or prepare meals on their own. Typically, volunteers deliver lunchtime meals daily or weekly.

Community dining options are provided at a variety of locations throughout suburban Cook County. These sites offer freshly served, balanced hot meals, nutrition education, socialization and activities. Some sites offer culturally appropriate meals for certain ethnic groups.
