AgeOptions serves more than 200,000 older adults and people with disabilities in suburban Cook County each year, connecting them and their families with resources and services so they can live their lives to the fullest.

Your donation will have a direct impact on the lives of older adults and people with disabilities in suburban Cook County.

By supporting AgeOptions, you enable us to ensure that resources and service options are available, and you allow us to develop and expand programs in response to their changing needs and expectations.

To make a secure online donation, please click the PayPal link above. If you prefer to speak with someone, please call us at (708)383-0258.

At AgeOptions we think resourcefully and work vigorously so older adults and people with disabilities are able to:

  • Live meaningful lives
  • Maintain independent lifestyles
  • Manage self care
  • Find and use resources for care and assistance
  • Be healthy and safe
  • Avoid fraud, abuse and neglect
  • Know and protect their rights

A donation to AgeOptions is a perfect way to honor or remember a family member or friend, or to commemorate an event such as an anniversary, birthday or the arrival of a child or grandchild. Please contact Chrystal Brown at (708)383-0258 or chrystal.brown@ageoptions.org to create your special recognition.

AgeOptions is a nonprofit organization. All or a portion of your contribution may be deductible to the fullest extent allowed by current tax law. Please consult your own legal and tax counsel for more information.

"AgeOptions is about independence, dignity, hope, and about helping people — people just like us. I know from personal experience the importance of these Area Agencies on Aging. That' why I've been a constant supporter for 20 years."
- Donna Moore, Board of Directors, AgeOptions
