AgeOptions is working with CIMPAR to administer in-home Flu and COVID-19 Vaccines for people 60+ living in suburban Cook County who need the vaccines brought to their homes. To qualify for an in-home vaccination from AgeOptions, a person must:

  • Live in suburban Cook County (any part of Cook County except the City of Chicago)
  • Be 60 years or older or an adult (18+) with a disability
  • Have insurance coverage of the vaccines
  • Complete the form at this link: https://forms.office.com/r/vvt3bdsgCG

Please Note: Due to increased demand at the start of this COVID/Flu season, there may be a longer delay than usual for a call back from CIMPAR.  It may be up to 2-3 weeks before CIMPAR calls you. Please complete the online form as thoroughly and accurately as you can, including entering your full insurance information, to ensure a quicker registration.

For People with No Insurance

The 2024-2025 COVID/Flu season has very few options for people with no insurance.

The Cook County Department of Public Health (CCDPH), Cook County Health and County Care is offering COVID-19 and flu vaccines at no cost, regardless of insurance coverage, at walk-in clinics. The clinics are open on certain Saturdays from October 19, 2024, through February 22, 2025, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., at five different locations in suburban Cook County. A person’s immigration status will not stop them from receiving immunizations.

More details about the clinics, and downloadable materials can be found at: https://cookcountypublichealth.org/communicable-diseases/free-covid-19-and-flu-vaccination-clinics/
