Our purpose is to connect older adults and those who care for them with resources and options for care so they can have a full range of choices and live their lives to the fullest.

A nonprofit organization, AgeOptions has served older adults and their families throughout suburban Cook County since 1974. As part of a nationwide service network, AgeOptions is designated by the Illinois Department on Aging to plan, coordinate, develop and support services in the 30 townships surrounding the city of Chicago.
Our service area includes more than 2.5 million people, including more than 460,000 older adults in 130 communities. AgeOptions served 201,487 older adults in 2011.
