AgeOptions Names Chief Operating Officer

AgeOptions is pleased to announce the selection of Lucia Giudice as Chief Operating Officer. 

The COO will report to Diane Slezak, AgeOptions’ President and CEO. The Finance, HR, Programs including the H.O.P.E. program, and the Health Innovations teams will report to Ms. Giudice.

Her deep subject matter expertise in Medicare and Medicaid and skills in performance improvement will also be an asset to AgeOptions.”

Ms. Giudice’s professional background includes leadership positions at Aetna, Deloitte Consulting,
PricewaterhouseCoopers, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, and Harvard Pilgrim Health Care.

management consulting and government experience to work in support of AgeOptions’ important
mission and continued growth and transformation.”

Ms. Giudice has a Master’s in Public Health in Health Policy and Administration from the University of
California, Berkeley and a B.A. in History (American) and Science (Biology) from Harvard University.

She resides in River Forest with her husband.
