AgeOptions 20th Annual Networking Event

AgeOptions is thrilled to announce our 20th Annual Networking Event: Celebrating the Past, Transforming the Future, will take place on September 25, 2025, from 6:00 pm – 9:00 pm. This year’s gathering honors 51 years of impact as the Area Agency on Aging in suburban Cook County and commemorates milestone anniversaries of key federal programs that form the backbone of support for older adults and people with disabilities:

• 90 years of Social Security

• 60 years of the Older Americans Act

• 60 years of Medicare & Medicaid

• 35 years of the Americans with Disabilities Act

We are proud to welcome national aging policy leader Bob Blancato as our keynote speaker. As the National Coordinator of the Elder Justice Coalition and Executive Director of NANASP, Bob will reflect on these historic achievements and share insights on what’s ahead for aging services at the federal level.
