Inquiry Regarding Spenddown Benefits for Clients with Home Care
I am writing to seek clarification regarding a couple of clients who are recipients of spenddown benefits and also receive home care services. Although their income levels are not particularly high, they still qualify for assistance. Upon contacting the Department of Human Services (DHS), I have observed that their cards are activated promptly.
Could you please provide an explanation as to why these individuals were granted spenddown benefits initially? I would greatly appreciate your insights into this matter, as I aim to enhance my understanding of the situation.
