Illinois Dual Eligible Special Needs Plans Member Handbooks

Starting January 1, 2026, Illinois will have four Dual Eligible Special Needs Plans. Below is the link to each plan’s member handbook and other member materials for 2026. Avisery was able to find most of the plan’s materials in English and Spanish. D-SNP enrollees can call the plan’s member services to request materials in other languages.
