AgeOptions, the Area Agency on Aging for suburban Cook County, will share their proposed FY2025 Area Plan on Aging Public Information Document in three Public Hearings. The document provides a summary of proposed service design, delivery, and distribution of funding. Public Hearings provide an open forum for the public to comment.
