Updated COVID Boosters Delivered to Your Home – Request a shot today!

As winter approaches, the number of COVID cases will rise. In September 2022, a new, updated COVID booster shot was released. If it’s been 2 months since your COVID shot, you are eligible for this updated booster.

AgeOptions is working with CIMPAR to administer in-home COVID-19 vaccines and boosters for people 60+ living in suburban Cook County who need the shot brought to their homes. To qualify for an in-home vaccination or booster from AgeOptions, a person must:

• Live in suburban Cook County (any part of Cook County except the City of Chicago)
• Need an initial COVID-19 vaccine or any CDC recommended booster shot
• Be 60 years or older
